For the first time in their history this fashion retailer wanted to bring together various members of their global team under one roof for an event which would showcase the new range of items that were soon to be reaching stores worldwide.
The branding had to be strong and
bold, with a current fashion feel, so used striking colours and bold imagery to entice the viewer.
As delegates were travelling from across the globe, two patterns were developed, ‘the wave’ and ‘the zig zag’. These patterns represented both land and sea and how fashion spans/transcends these two elements. These patterns were used throughout the event and across various collateral, such as the registration website and name badges.
A workbook was created in order to ensure that delegates took away important information about the ranges. However, pieces of key information about the products were missing and could only be completed as the event progressed and delegates were involved in team interactions. The workbook itself was created in six languages to cater for the variety of delegates at the event.
