The challenge was to design and develop a brand and online presence for DLHD, an affiliate retail scheme for all men who have missed their partners birthday or anniversary.
The user creates a profile and fills in information about their partner. DLHD then sends timely reminders and suggestions for upcoming events such as birthdays and valentines based on the information it has been given.
It was important that the imagery and products used reflected the values of the company. The tone of voice adds a personality throughout whilst also being very clear and comforting at the same time.
